When you purchase from BuiltRite Home Developers your home is enrolled in an insurance-backed, ten (10)-year new home limited warranty provided by Residential Warranty Company, Inc. (RWC). We stand behind our reputation as a home builder with integrity and as a member of the RWC warranty program that has impressively provided homeowners peace of mind since 1981.

 

 An Overview of RWC Warranty Guidelines

The First Year
The builder warrants the home against specified defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of non-conformity with RWC warranty standards, as well as any major structural defects as defined in the warranty.  At your 10-month anniversary of owning your new home, BuiltRite offers a 10-month inspection to complete warranty issues that may occur during the first year. Please use the Warranty Request Form below to contact us and schedule your 10-month inspection.

The Second Year
The builder warrants the home against specified portions of the heating, cooling, ventilating, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as any major structural defects as defined in the limited warranty.

The Third Through Tenth Years
Major structural defects (as defined by the warranty) are warranted for ten (10) years from the effective date of warranty.

NOTE: Please remember that electrical, plumbing and heating/air issues can be phoned directly to the contractors that performed the original work.
